About this property
14,272 acres in two units between Richland-Chambers Reservoir and the Trinity River southeast of Corsicana. Nearly all of it lies in the river floodplain on heavy clay, so prolonged flooding is routine, and the timber is bottomland hardwood broken by marshes and sloughs.
