Wild Access exists to make Texas public hunting easier to find. These terms are the short version of what using the site means.

Who runs this site. Wild Access is operated by Wild Access LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Writing to the contact page reaches the company.

What this site is — and what it isn't. The hunting data here is compiled from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department publications. It is a reference, not permission to hunt and not legal advice. Regulations change, sometimes mid-season, and the current official TPWD publications — the Outdoor Annual and the Annual Public Hunting materials — always control. Verify the rules for your hunt against them before you go.

No warranty. We work hard to keep this site accurate, and we verify it against TPWD's own documents. Even so, the site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your hunt is your responsibility. Licenses, permits, stamps, landowner permission, safe firearm handling, and compliance with every applicable law remain yours. Nothing on this site substitutes for any of them.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent Texas law permits, Wild Access LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its information — including citations, penalties, property damage, or injury.

Not affiliated with TPWD. Wild Access is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department or any government agency.

Third-party content. Species photographs appear under their stated licenses, with credit to their photographers. Advertising is served by Google AdSense and operates independently of the rest of the site. Links to other websites lead to places we don't control.

Changes. If these terms change, this page will change first, with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means the new terms apply.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
