Wild Access

Privacy Policy

Effective August 30, 2026

Wild Access is built to be read, not to watch you read it. This page describes everything the site collects, which is very little.

No accounts, no personal information. Wild Access has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no forms that ask for personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, or locations, and we have no user database to store them in. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that only to reply, and we never share it or put you on any list.

Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views in aggregate — which pages are visited and roughly how often. It sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not follow you across other websites.

Advertising. Advertising on Wild Access is served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use advertising cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at www.aboutads.info. Wild Access itself sets no advertising cookies and shares no information with advertisers — the ads operate independently of the rest of the site.

What we publish. The hunting data on this site is compiled from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department publications. It describes public places and public rules, not people.

Changes. If our practices change — for example, if a future feature needs to store anything — this page will change first, with a new effective date.
