About this property

103,127 acres of low Chihuahuan Desert in Brewster County, sharing 25 miles of the Rio Grande with Mexico and running up against Big Bend National Park. Water is the limiting fact here: at least thirty-five guzzlers built over fifty years catch and hold what rain falls.
