Trinity River WMA
- Limited Draw Hunt
About this property
6,896 acres of Trinity River floodplain in Anderson County, 25 miles north-west of Palestine, with about eleven miles of river along it. Nearly all of it goes under for long stretches, and the river decides which parts you can reach in a given week; TPWD calls it remote and tells hunters to bring rubber boots and a compass.

These are drawn hunts. You must apply in advance and be selected — you cannot simply turn up. Being drawn is not guaranteed, and a permit for one hunt does not admit you to another. Each block below is one hunt — one application covers every animal listed in it. Apply through Texas Parks & Wildlife.
