About this property
Three separate units in the prairie and drainages around Lake Tawakoni, fifty miles east of Dallas — Pawnee Inlet and Caddo Creek in Hunt County, Duck Cove mostly in Van Zandt. Most of the ground belongs to the Sabine River Authority and TPWD holds it under licence.

LEGAL BUCK must have at least one unbranched antler or an inside spread of at least 13 inches. Night hunting is prohibited except while pursuing bullfrogs and raccoons during specified seasons; the use of dogs for hunting feral hogs and white-tailed deer is prohibited.
