About this property
37 acres of freshwater wetland in the Flour Bluff neighbourhood of Corpus Christi, with the Laguna Madre just across the road. The pond had been degraded by rising salinity, dumping and off-road traffic before it was bought, and it is managed now for the redheads that winter on it.
