About this property
9,005 acres on the western shore of Pat Mayse Reservoir northwest of Paris, in the Post Oak Savannah. A little over half is hardwood timber and better than a quarter is abandoned field going back to brush; there are no buildings, no staff on site, and the interior roads are old logging trails.
