About this property
56,688 acres taking in most of Matagorda Island and the marshes behind it on Espiritu Santo Bay. The barrier island runs 38 miles end to end and narrows to under a mile in places, and it is about as undeveloped as the Texas coast gets.

Bayside Marsh Unit Waterfowl
