About this property
28,183 acres of central Rolling Plains in Cottle County on 22 inches of rain a year, most of it falling in May and June. Mesquite upland and shinnery oak give way to gravelly juniper hills and creek bottom, and parts of it need four-wheel drive to reach at all.
