About this property
25,852 acres of coastal marsh on the Texas Chenier Plain, the westernmost delta the Mississippi ever built. It grades from fresh water inland through intermediate and brackish marsh to salt marsh at Sabine Lake, and it probably carries a higher density of alligators than anywhere else in the state.
