About this property

1,774 acres on the southwestern edge of the Edwards Plateau, cut by 2.9 miles of the Frio River. The canyons run southeast to northwest, so prevailing wind cools and moistens them and growth is heavier than the surrounding country carries: bald cypress on the river, madrone and old juniper on the slopes.
