About this property

23,147 acres of Trans-Pecos tableland south of Alpine, mostly level at 4,200 to 4,800 feet and drained by Calamity Creek and Chalk Draw. The flat-topped mountain it is named for stands nearly 2,000 feet above that, and its summit stays closed to keep the bighorn herd undisturbed.
