About this property

37,988 acres in two units on the Devils River in Val Verde County, the Dan A. Hughes unit thirteen miles downstream of Del Norte. Spring-fed and never dammed, this is about as intact as a Texas river gets: live oak, pecan and sycamore on the banks, semi-desert grassland over the ridges.
