About this property
5,000 acres of bottomland and coastal prairie southwest of Houston, with 3.2 miles of Brazos River frontage along the eastern edge. Tallgrass prairie runs two to six feet high on the west side and gives way to live-oak gallery forest, swamp and shallow rain-fed ponds.
