Bear Creek State Park

Uvalde County, Texas · 1,720 acres

  • Limited Draw Hunt

About this property

1,720 acres of steep Edwards Plateau canyon country in Uvalde County, where springs and small creeks drain to the Frio River. Cover shifts with the slope between woodland, savanna and open shrubland, and the endangered golden-cheeked warbler nests in the woodland. The park is new and still undeveloped.

Huntable species (3)

Seasons and bag limits (6)

These are drawn hunts. You must apply in advance and be selected — you cannot simply turn up. Being drawn is not guaranteed, and a permit for one hunt does not admit you to another. Each block below is one hunt — one application covers every animal listed in it. Apply through Texas Parks & Wildlife.
