About this property
Nine hundred acres wrapped around two lakes north-east of Marlin — the Old City Lake and the New — with the stream that joins them running between. The City of Marlin owns the ground and runs parks along the shore, so you will not be the only person out here.
Few leases in the program carry a card this wide. Archery-only white-tailed deer on the Falls County seasons; archery-only feral hog year round with no limit; squirrel, rabbits, hares, furbearers and predators by archery, air rifle or shotgun, in daylight hours; dove across the Central Zone season; and on the Old Lake, teal, ducks, gallinule, snipe, rail and woodcock. Centrefire and rimfire rifles, pistols and muzzleloaders are all prohibited.
