Public Hunting Program (Leased Private Land)
Bordages Road
- Annual Public Hunting Permit

About this property
Nearly thirteen hundred acres of Jefferson County prairie five miles west of Nederland, reached off Bordages Road with Knauth Road and West Port Arthur Road framing the rest of it. A designated walking path runs into the interior, and the entrance gate is signed to stay shut behind you.
Dove is the draw, with rabbits taken alongside them, and a shotgun is the only thing you may carry or even have with you. Hunters using an ATV under a disability exemption are responsible for closing every gate and gap they pass through.
